Payments

Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties. We use Viva Wallet to facilitate payments on our website. This does not involve you as a customer signing up for a Viva Wallet account. We also accept bank transfer payments into the iMuscle account 

Release of Liability

By viewing or purchasing products on this website you are agreeing to relieve the website owner, product manufacturer, or anyone associated with any product sold or information found on this website of any financial or legal liability claims. You forfeit all rights to sue for any type of damages because you are acknowledging that SARMS or anything else found on this website might have negative side effects that are or are not known about or disclosed.

Products under the category SARMS are not for human consumption. iMuscle LTD does not take liability and responsibility to how you use the products purchased from our websites- imuscle.co.uk and imuscle-sarms.co.uk

We will cancel any order we believe to be made by anyone under the age of 18 years of age and ban future orders. We offer no refunds and accept no liability should these terms be breached.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. You can only return items that have been unopened and sealed. For all returns you have a 14 day period to send us your returns. This 14-day period starts when the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting a return, our customer support staff will contact you with return instructions. You must ship your return within 5 days of receiving these instructions. If shipment is being confiscated on customs when imported into your country, we do not take responsibility for it and we will not offer refund. 

Damaged packages from transportation, will not be refunded. After investigation is completed, you may be resend your order. Subject to investigation. Orders damaged or confiscated in international shipping will not be refunded. 

If you change your mind you have 14 days to request refund. Refund may not be done via the same way it was paid, but instead it may be transferred into a bank account.

The website is in British Sterling Pounds (£), although if you are outside the United Kingdom and it shows in your local currency, when you pay you will be charged in GBP(£) . Any charges, exchange fees, bank transfer fees , refund fees (if refund has been processed back to you, and you do not receive the full amount paid due to exchange fees etc) are not covered and will not be refunded by iMuscle LTD, but will be covered by customer. 

When a refund it takes place not in GBP(£) there may be fees applied, meaning that you may receive less then the amount paid originally, due to foreign currency charges. 

UK Shipping Information

All orders are processed on the day they are received and posted out the next working day. All orders to the UK are shipped via DPD Local. Orders placed during work days will be received on the next working day(this is the aim delivery date, produce to us by DPD Local). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be received on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Bank holidays are not considered working day.  Should you not received your order within that time, please try first to communicate with DPD Local as they will have contacted you via text/email and if still no progress, please contact us on email: admin@imuscle.co.uk.  

International Shipping Information

Shipping outside the UK we use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL; depending on the location and which of the couriers used will provide the most efficient, fast and secure service to the customer. Any Customs duty or charges on import are responsibility of the customer to cover. If the package is confiscated on boarder, we do not offer refund. 

Shipping to Europe can take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days for you receive your order. We cannot guarantee that your package will be received within the given periods, so please wait patiently for your order to arrive. Also keep in mind that international packages may subject to additional fees for customs or duty charges.

Please check your laws and importing regulations before placing an order with our website. No refunds will be issued for international orders that are held, denied by customs, lost during shipping or for orders that have an incorrect address that was entered during checkout process. Once international orders leave the facility iMuscle.co.uk will not be responsible for the shipment.

If your package does end up getting returned to us in a sellable condition, we will issue a refund for the products minus the shipping costs. If there are any issues during the shipment please contact your local customs. International(Europe) shipments can take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days. The expected date is not guaranteed.
